UPDATE : First I forgot to tell you guys that I won't be taking commissions this week so if you were going to send a message, please forget it until Monday ! I'm going to a con for four days and will be completely unavailable. And I'll probably die of exhaustion somewhere along the line so don't expect quick answers next Monday either XD

And maybe I also forgot to tell you guys that I passed the test I took mid June ? I'm going to art school for a year starting September (prep art school), and next year I hope to pass some more exams to go to another art school. \o/

First of all, thank you guys for all your well wishes for my birthday <3 It came and went so fast, but I got great gifts. I got a light table for one thing and I made a little animation that I posted on LJ a few days ago if you're curious. But be careful, it's my first so it's aweful ha ha.


I had begun some time ago for a personal project a series of original illustrations based on tales, mostly Grimm fairy tales. I'd like to resume this series but I'm looking for ideas... Any suggestions ? I've been doing nothing but fanarts and commissions lately, I want to start something new for myself, something I'd make from scratch again. Paying tribute to the movies I like is fine... But I've been doing that too much XD


Today I cleaned up my Deviant Art gallery and soon I'll do the same for my website. I deleted the works that I felt were too old to be displayed, the ones I couldn't stand anymore, the ones that no longer had their place here. And in the end that was a lot. I was a little heartbroken to say goodbye to all the nice comments I got for those pictures and I felt a bit bad for those of you who had faved those works, but sometimes you just have to let things go to get a new fresh start.


Apart from that I'm very excited, at the end of July I'll be going on my first vacation EVER with my longtime boyfriend. Though by vacation I mean "weekend" ha ha. I'm dying to see the sea again, we'll be going on a trip to the north coast. First time in my life I have to book train tickets and hotel rooms on my own, if anything goes wrong I'll have noone else to blame but myself, damn 8D
This will also be the most expensive weekend of my life so you know, if you want a commission, please consider asking now 8D
