Pocahontas makes it in my top 3 of the happy endings that make nobody happy. I cry my heart out every time I watch the damn movie, and yet I love it to death. The ending theme "farewell" is my favorite music from the ost, it inspired me for this pic. I love all the little colored leaves that embody the wind. And the colors
And don't get me started on the sequel. What's the point of making a sequel if it's to ruin the romance ;___; I don't care about historical accuracy, and anyway, since when does Disney care about accuracy ? If they're to make their movies accurate then I'm waiting for the canon ending of Cinderella when birds eat the eyes of the step sisters.
i love this one! and yes, pocahontas is one of those endings for me too. its just so perfectly sad. -sigh-
this picture is beautiful too, those little coloured leaves always fascinated me. and you actually got her hair right! not many people can do the pocahontas hair.
I love it! Sally, Meg, Esme, Poca and Kida make my top 5 Disney heroines list, so I'm happy I found one of them in your fantastic collection! BTW, I'm one of this few people who really like the sequel. I think it's one of the best sequels ever made, cause most sequels are just ! But, you know, it's mainly because of John Rolfe's design-I just LOVE men with long hair! And Disney made only him and prince Adam as that, so you see... I love them both I suppose I'm in minority for prefering the Beast in human form as well...

Gosh this is absolutely incredible!! You made it so rich and gorgeous. She looks amazing!! Her skin, hair, face, the way you did her clothing, superb, plus the background looks excellent! Well done on the leaves! (I haven't seen the sequel, I'm not into love having sad endings either and yes silly if Disney wants to keep hers historically correct) Anyway this picture is fantastic!!

Beautifully done! I couldn't even bring myself to see the sequel, because the first one affected me so much! I wish she could have been with John, but alas, even Disney has to respect historical accuracy of people that actually lived. But thank you for this, it's truly beautiful.

"Someday you will find me caught beneath the landslide,
in a champagne supernova in the sky ..."
...I never, ever want to read the original Cinderella. I've had a bad enough time with the canonical Little Mermaid!
